Ya the Ranger just coasts at 50mph, if putting to the mat, then it will do 55mph, but no more for me. The noise should stop. Now, the sound is kind of a humm, and it gets pretty loud around 80 (50 mph) it goes with wheel speed, not engine speed (when i put the car in neutral and coast, it continues, and it just gets louder as i go faster). Every time I go 30+ miles per an hour, I hear a loud, annoying humming noise and it's been going on for a while now. Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and hoping you can help. Comes on strong at 80 mph.
